|Recommended: NoHorrible The shuttle is constantly broken down, facilities are not what they advertise, apartment is old and filthy when we moved in and they don’t honor the sub lease rules that are outlined in your lease. Do not sign a lease here Save yourself the difficulty.

As I approached the entrance, I was greeted by a well-maintained landscape, complete with vibrant flowers and neatly trimmed bushes. The lobby was spacious and inviting, featuring modern decor and comfortable seating areas. During the tour, I was shown a variety of apartment layouts, each equipped with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. I particularly liked the open-concept living spaces, which felt both cozy and spacious. The amenities were impressive too, with a pool, fitness center, and even a community lounge for residents. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a great place to live. I left with a positive impression and could definitely see myself enjoying life there.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy main furnace unit broke took over a month and a half to get fixed, my bathroom vent violently burst into flames and no one’s done anything about it still, it took 2 months to paint over the burn marks, you don’t maintain the pool like at all it’s disgusting, the 24 7 gym is often not 24 7 the office hours are unreliable and during the hurricane you asked US to contact the internet provider that you pay after the internet was out for 3 weeks. The trash bins are really far away we have to literally drive our trash out.

But it's temporary for me because I need more space for my little family. It's good for someone who doesn't have kids if you needed a bigger space.

|Recommended: NoNot worth it — The property and units are not taken care of and you have to fight to get anything fixed. Amenities are not kept up and the shuttle does not run full hours because they will not pay enough to hire another driver to give the one we have a break. Rent should either be lowered or the complex and units need serious renovations to keep up with the price. The office is also terrible about answering the phones, including in emergencies and they rarely answer after hours. I could write even more but those are the highlights.
