Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far living here is not that bad. There s alot of reasons why its a good idea to live here. The only thing I would say is a down side is the different roommates. So if you come here make sure you know atleast one person that s reliable that you know. You can get some bad roommates and also some good ones. Some of the good reasons are it has a pool, its in walking distance to alot of stores and fast food places and some restaurants. I love it here so far. I hope you will come to love it to

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAlthough I will not move in until August 2026, everything I’ve experienced so far has exceeded my expectations. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and was so sweet with all the questions my big group had. I love all the amenities as well as all of the things offered for students which in my opinion makes the living experience even more fun The apartment I toured was very beautiful and exactly what I’d been looking for, I’ve already started recommending the apartments to my friends I’m looking forward to living here

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEver since I have moved in the staff has treated me with nothing but respect..always a open door policy..1 Month i was slow on my rent and the staff worked with me and didn t make me feel bad...especially area and Cynthia..
|Recommended: NoRude Staff for Cheap Prices — Cayce Cove has really cheap prices for a lot of amenities, but we can't expect these amenities to always be available Their selling point is that they have a shuttle bus that brings us to and from campus, a pool, free wifi, trash pickup, and other things, but as of late, none of that is guaranteed It's not the fault of the shuttle bus driver because she's only one person driving for ten hours straight every day. It's not the fault of the office workers, because no one communicates to them either. Only one of the office managers is willing to listen, or rather is forced to listen, since the other obviously doesn't want to deal with residents. Who is the fault of I'm not sure So, if you luck up with a great apartment and you have a car, this is a great spot to keep your clothes and go to sleep.
