The move-in process was smooth and the staff has been really helpful with any questions I’ve had. Still getting settled, but it already feels like a good fit

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe residence is not above par. The washing machine shakes uncontrollably every time it is run. My window has a hole in it. There are wasp nests on the property. The trash is always always full and overflowing. The hot tub is still out of service at least we can use the pool . However, rent is cheap, I have only had one noise complaint from an angry neighbor, and it s a decent way from campus. Oh, and the shuttle always either breaks down or doesn t have a driver. Ms. Kida is the best though.

|Recommended: NoNot family friendly Not worth the price — I do not recommend anyone with a family of four to move here. They do rent to individuals who are not students.
Unfortunately, the place is not as well kept as it was back in 2016. Bug issues are present cleanliness does not exist. The bonus is it’s fully furnished includes all utilities, but for the price amount of space it’s extremely small Lathes space is the restroom.

Cayce Cove is designed as student housing, which may explain why the floor plans and layouts differ from what a traditional family apartment community offers.

They lost my key on move-in day which was extremely frustrating but they did scramble to find me a new unit within the hour and allowed me to stay there, and amended my lease. For 630 month it’s a great community so far.

|Recommended: NoRoom and bathroom — When I first moved in. The bathroom was not fixed. Had a cracked mirror, no shower-head, no running water, floors had dried paint on them, back door didn’t shut all the way, my window doesn’t come up, walls where damaged, condensation build up, there was mold in the washing machine. Had to ask multiple times for maintenance to come help fix. Everything should have been fixed before we moved in and no clean air filter. There was mold build up on the inside of the air filter.
