Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesevery since i first stepped onto the property on august 19th i was treated very professionally by araeya..she gave me a wonderful tour and was very patient with me as i told her some of the things i would like in my apartment..she was very detailed and always smiling..i look forward to moving in on the 1st of september...thanks to the entire staff especially Araeya...

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: NoI just moved in today and had to spend 7hrs cleaning and the apartment still isn't clean. There's stuff broken in the apartment, the shower is disgusting and the room reaks. So far I wish I picked somewhere else to stay.

They are available when I request assistance or clarification. I am extremely grateful for their dedicated staff, as well as the well-furnished and comfortable apartments. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThere are always going to be issues with places, but it would feel disingenuous to give anything less than five stars. For the price, location, and quality, I could not be more impressed with Cayce Cove. The rooms are spacious, appliances slightly dated as to be expected but functional, maintenance tends to take a while but recently has gotten a lot more timely, the community events and office are always nice, parking has never been an issue, and after living on campus at USC, that’s been VERY appreciated. Utilities included, parking included, very nice location, shuttle included, genuinely very good bang for your buck. If money isn’t at all an issue for you then of course there are more luxurious options, but I’d recommend Cayce Cove to anyone.
