|Recommended: YesDO NOT EVER RENT HERE I was sent the wrong lease multiple times, was lied to about the lease I was signing, had all of my things removed from my room when I was away because they gave me the wrong lease, assured me I was ok to move in then TRIED TO FINE ME 500 DOLLARS FOR IT. And NOW they are trying to charge me and my roomates 200 dollars EACH for a couch that was damaged when we moved in, which we reported and should have been noted by staff. We have all disputed this claim and they have completely ignored us, not even denied the dispute just simply IGNORED US. Then sent us an email SIX MONTHS LATER WITH NO OTHER COMMUNICATION that they were sending it to claims THE NEXT DAY. This isn't even a FRACTION of their mistakes, if you read google reviews you will see a this is not just me, or even a handful of people, but a consistent and ongoing pattern. Last thing- was there two summers and the pool was open for MAYBE a week from some weird hours like 1-5 pm.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesmaintenance has not fixed two of my requests, one of them has been over a month and a half with no attempt to fix it. And if you're looking for somewhere quite this is not it, parties Thursday thur sunday.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: NoI have lived at cayce cove for almost 3 years now and have had no issues up until this most recent school year began. Since August my ceiling has cracked open and leaked brown disgusting smelling water FIVE times in a matter of 6 months. The property managers have done nothing to fix this. My roomate and I have contacted them countless times and even reached out to DHEC and still there’s been nothing fixed and we still get the run around when trying to speak to office workers. This year living at cayce cove has made me and my roomate never want to return, we are both clean people and because all of these floods our apartment smells of mold constantly it’s a health hazard that the property does not want to take responsibility for or fix.
Ariel, We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your time at Cayce Cove. What you described is not the standard of service or care we strive to provide. We understand how frustrating repeated maintenance concerns and communication challenges can be, and we regret that this was your experience.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: NoLiving here is crazy. The office collects all the tenants incoming mail and illegally returns it. Packages go missing and no one knows anything. The office will say they didn't receive it, like the Post Office doesn't trace Packages. The office will constantly lie to your face. The pool was closed all on 2024 and only open 18 days in 2023. The hot tub hasn't been usable in 2 years. The buildings are not maintained and there are spider webs everywhere. The grills no longer work and were not properly maintained. The apartments are outdated with old equipment and appliances. I, like a lot of residents hate living here and we feel we were tricked into signing a lease under false pretenses and fake advertisements. The only good thing is the location.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love this apartment. It's cozy, quiet and very spacious. I loved going to events. I wish that the pool and hot tub is fixed. The apartment is filled with friendly staff.
|Recommended: NoHigh staff overturn in office maintenance. — I'm a disabled person that was put into a whole different apartment than I was initially assigned. I never got moved. They put me 55 yo in with twenty year old s that smoked cigarettes and marijuana. Some of the staff would come and buy drugs from the friend of one of my roommates who actually LIVED in the apartment with her. There's been several water leaks that maintenance half fixes. The last leak grew black mold. My room was closest to where the leaks were happening so I experienced most of the negative health effects from the mold.

Go to Google Reviews, stop reading the reviews from people who got something for lying about their experience. Read about the thefts, and the loud parties, and the rotting buildings, the real stuff.
