I do wish there were security cameras though because my boyfriends truck got broken into and the office did nothing because there was no cameras outside of the buildings.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed staying at Cayce Cove. The staff has always been very kind and accommodating. I really enjoy the price compared to other apartments in Columbia. However, the shuttle has been very unreliable this semester and my car has been broken into twice this year. Some added security measures like cameras would be a good idea.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall a decent living place, but some things could be improved. Front office staff is always nice and maintenance is helpful. Sometimes there can be bug problems though and the amenities are harder to access now. I am graduating in May but otherwise I'd consider staying here another year.

BUT constant loud disruptive noise from basketball court at night makes it hard to sleep, subtract 1 star.
Carpet and apartment was filthy and dirty upon move-in so I have to subtract 1 more star.
Lastly, I have to subtract 1 2 star due to being partnered matched with a roommate that constantly breaks lease rules, is very filthy, inconsiderate of others, and very noisy at night. As a graduate student at USC, I really needed an environment that is conducive to studying.
