The main focus was more on how to get more money out of the residents rather than listening to their wants and needs. There are a few nice people. No issue with residents in the community.

submitted by Evan - |Recommended: YesOne of the best places to live if you want solid access to the riverwalk, at least I prefer the Cayce side of the river. There have been plenty of friendly hang outs at Cayce Cove, the places to hang out have to be either the volleyball court or the pool. The staff there is extremely helpful, I'd have to say Megan is your go-to woman in the office if you have questions or are looking to get something done I'm biased because of all the fond memories there, so taking that into account it's a 5 5 from me, would do again.

In addition the property is well maintained with the exception of the road leading to the apartment complex, but management is working with the owners of that road to fix the road. The maintenance team is professional and responds quickly to any issues with the apartment. Overall it's a great apartment for the cost.

It is also close to campus and lots of great food places. I also appreciate how quick maintenance is with helping fix things wrong in the apartment.
