The furniture is a little cheap and the leather sheds off after a short time, and there are potholes in the front of the complex. other than that, no complaints

Given the rates and proximity to campus, its a wonder more people do not rush here. The staff was great, community was great, and living here was a positive experience.

Rent is the most reasonable out of most of the places I've seen, for the most part, our neighbors are chill nice. Maintenance has been pretty quick for the most part the people at the office are nice helpful Juliana is an absolute gem. They another girl were super sweet helpful when we were having trouble with something. Really like it here

There has been a mold problem in the bathroom the entire time that reappears despite several cleanings because old mold has been covered by the caulking of the bathtub. The train is very noisy, but the location near the riverwalk and proximity to downtown is decent.
