|Recommended: YesReview of first month — So far everything had been pretty nice here. I’ve only been here for about three weeks but this is already a lot better than my last apartment Riverside Alight . The staff at the main office always are ready to help, no matter how many packages I’ve had to pick up in the lat week. Cayce Cove even started a work order for something I mentioned in the inspection notes that I didn’t even think to fill out a work order for it. Maintenance comes by really fast and does not disturb my roommate and I or even our cat. I’ve enjoyed the community gatherings that have been hosted here and that management tried to do something nice for the residents by celebrating the first week of class and things like that. Overall my experience has been really good. My only complaint is that the shuttle has already broken down once. It happened on a Tuesday and I have class until 7 10 but the last shuttle left campus around 5 45 so I had to call around to ask for a ride home. But they had another van ready to fill in while the bigger shuttle was down, and we only really needed the van for a day before the shuttle was up and running again.
