Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe proximity to campus and the river walk trail are my favorite parts of living here. Parking is easy but I wish something could be done about the potholes in the front. Maintenance is pretty quick.

|Recommended: YesCayce Cove — I do not yet know much about cayce cove, but I have felt that whenever I emailed I rarely got an email back or communication in general was pretty bad. Talking to the people in person was exceptionally helpful though.
|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I don't have much to say - I've had a great experience although the construction is not perfect. I do hear the steps of the people above, and the floor of the kitchen is peeling. But beyond that, I like this place.
|Recommended: YesStarted off bad but problems were taken care of. — I was originally assigned to building 4 room 411 and it was a mess. There was mold in the kitchen and possible mouse droppings in the cupords. I complained to the staff and was able to switch rooms. The room I am in now is in building 3 and is exactly what I needed I love where I was moved
|Recommended: YesInspection 2021 — The overall cleanliness of the apartment was very good upon arrival. The furniture was in good condition as were the bathrooms and closets. The only apparent damage to be seen was that a pet had obviously torn up the couch with their claws. Also, a shelf in the fridge had its railing broken as well as a corner of the sheet metal on the inside of the oven not being screwed in properly and revealing the insulation within the oven. These problems reduced the overall quality of the apartment upon arrival but were not terribly egregious. I would still recommend this to someone who is looking for an apartment.
