They also told me about a discount on my rent that I could get even though they didn’t need to tell me that. That really showed me that they do care about my experience and have the residents best interest in mind

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love living at Cayce Cove. It's got everything I need and it's affordable. The gym is pretty good and I like being near the riverwalk. I do wish the shuttle was a little bit more reliable but I realize there's not much management can do to change that.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLiving in the Cayce Cove apartment complex is a good experience what with the relative calm of the location and the quick access to Columbia and a variety of restaurants, stores, and services. The grounds are maintained, and the apartments are good for their value. Issues with the apartments can be easily fixed by the maintenance team who are very responsive. Overall it is a good experience and worth the lease costs.

Also, I really love that events are organized for everyone to connect it’s introduced me to some really great people and helps me feel like I fit into the community.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’ve been living at Cayce Cove for only 3 months now and I would not want to live anywhere else I love the entire complex, it’s really beautiful. The easy access to the river walk is definitely a plus as well. It’s a very diverse community out here and each and every one of the people I’ve seen out here are extremely friendly. Not only the residents but the staff as well, everyone is so nice. I would definitely recommend Cayce Cove as a place to live for any young adult
