Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesUpstairs neighbors are pretty rowdy. Idk if it's just cause the floors are thin or if it's also because they're just loud af. There have also been quite a few cockroaches we'd frankly appreciate someone spraying the inside of the apartment rather than just outside the building because they seem to be coming from the apartment above us. Also, more recycling bins would be appreciated, to make transport easier. Other than that, I honestly really enjoy the apartment it's one of the best off-campus student-based apartments I found while looking for a place. Maintenance has been quick friendly, haven't yet needed to go to management really, though I think it'd be nice if on the website there was a bus schedule on the website, please Over all, though, its been pretty great
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesnice staff and quick maintenance team Wish the pool was open but obviously understandable due to covid. the apartments could have been a bit cleaner on move in but nothing too bad My only complaint is the potholes in front of the entrance really need to be fixed. Overall nice place to live

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCayce Cove is not what is advertised in the room they show you. The rooms are much more outdated. The place is all around not that nice but the maintenance and community is very nice and the people are great. Just not what you expect to be living in.

My roommates were a perfect match The grounds are also very close to USC campus and 5 points.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNice apartment setup very close to campus. Shuttle service almost always runs on time and they always notify residents of any changes to the schedule. Easy access to the riverwalk which is nice to take a break and relax.

There were issues that were resolved before the start of the semester, but I lost connection to a class zoom call twice today. I hope that this is just a once-time occurrence, and will not be an issue moving forward.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLove everything and everyone except the package delivery is slow. Plus, everyone in the Club House is super sweet and make the experience. There is still a hole in my ceiling though, and we were told that would be fixed the first week we were there.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community is nice and an excellent value, there were minor issues with the apartment, but maintenance was quick to fix them. The location is also convenient for those who go to UofSC.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat value for student housing, though issues arose with moving in. Carpets pretty gross, AC unit full of dust, bedroom closet doors wack.Overall net positive though, cool space.
