Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesReally good first time living not at home experience. It does suck that the pool can't be open currently, but thats for all of our safety. The staff is super friendly and helpful all the time and every time we put in a work order it gets done on the same day. Really cool area
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesHonestly despite hearing people say You get what you pay for , I've never had a bad experience with Cayce Cove. It's a nice and cheap apartment that's close to campus. I never got my 90 gift card though, despite redeeming it, so I give 3 and a half stars for tricking me.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesApartments are relatively nice, but lacking in some areas. Cable TV is poor and pretty much unwatchable and doors don't always lock correctly. Have had some things break but maintenance has been reliable. Internet a bit shaky at times but has gotten better over past few months. Appreciate the community events but not always the most interesting. Wish it were easier to get in the gym but I understand COVID concerns

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy overall experience has been great. I love the shuttle, and my apartment is comfortable. I did have some trouble with the office taking a really long time to get back to me when I was trying to move apartments over the summer.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI wish there was more management facilitated resident interaction, but so far I have had a positive experience. Amenities are limited due to Covid, but are still available, which is a silver lining. Management is nice, no problems
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe office staff here are friendly however upper management is not the best. Terrance kept giving me empty promises when it came to my early move in date. I was told I could not move in early because my room and bathroom was not properly cleaned. I had to clean my bathroom with three different products when I got here. Cayce cove does have a shuttle to and from campus and the rates are not bad.

We have had a few work orders and maintenance has came in right away and fixed the issues. The office staff are very nice as well Definitely recommend this place for living.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed Cayce Cove and have no real complaints about living here. A few times I have been woken up super early in the morning due to noise outside but its relatively easy to fall back asleep. The only other real problem was that our apartment was not clean at all upon move in, so we had to dedicate a lot of time to cleaning in the first few days. Sometimes it is hard to communicate with management but it has not been too big of a problem.
