Their collective efforts, led by Jeremiah at the helm, Jayda, Zhane and supported by D in maintenance and rest of staff have demonstrated remarkable improvement compared to the previous administration management team. The complete turnaround they have achieved is truly refreshing to witness. You can tell they truly care.
To all new residents, look forward to having a staff that is going to meet your needs and safety, while also having fun events planned starting August 22nd. Always reach out to office staff, maintenance, etc. They will make sure while you live here you’re taken care of.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience thus far at Cayce Cove has been pretty good. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever we have issues or questions. I also like how involved the team is with the community through organizing events giveaways. Although there have been a number of fixes needed inside the apartment the maintenance team is usually very responsive. One of my only issues is the maintenance of the amenities. The hot tub was never open clean last year and the pool was always closed. I also felt that the gym was lacking at times in terms of weightlifting machines and cleanliness.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt's quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests are fixed swiftly. The parking area is very spacious. Its pool and gym areas are the ones that I used most, and it's amazing.

|Recommended: YesCayce Cove is a great place to live Right in the heart of Cayce's Art District and just 3 minutes from West Columbia and 8 to 10 minutes top to downtown Columbia and USC'S Campus. Cayce Cove gives you that low chilled out vibe with the beautiful River Walk access but also if you're looking for a night out, it's just a hop and a skip to Downtown Columbia it's like the best of both worlds. There are plenty of great fun restaurants within walking distance and a 2 min car ride to some of the best breweries in the state. If the beautiful pool can't cool you off, grab your friends and some tubs and float down the cool Saluda and Congaree Rivers. Come Meet Us at The Cove and we promise you'll make memories for a lifetime.
