"Cayce Cove isn't perfect but it's a good value for your money. The property is older which means that maintenance issues are inevitable but I haven't had any huge problems with anything. I love having access to the Cayce Riverwalk and being close to the Food Lion and Taco Bell. The amenities aren't always in perfect condition but I've gotten good use out of the pool, gym, and grills. I love having my own balcony and two full-length mirrors in the bedroom. The recent renovations (new flooring and appliances) helped a lot to make the apartments look a little more modern even if it was annoying to have to leave for a day for them to be done. Out of the options for student housing near the University of South Carolina, I think that Cayce Cove is one of the best, especially if you're on a budget."
